Delivery process
Your order number appears on screen and Stripe emails your payment receipt.
Orders are packed and dispatched from the UK by our fulfilment partner.
We email your tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.
Your parcel is delivered directly to your address.
Delivery areas
Estimates include 1–2 business days of processing and 2–5 business days in transit. We deliver free to all UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK islands.
Delivery estimates count business days, Monday to Friday, and may vary slightly during peak seasons, severe weather or UK public holidays.
Delivery courier
Orders are sent with a tracked UK courier service. The courier name and tracking link are in your dispatch email.
Important delivery information
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
- UK public holidays are not considered working days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM London time (GMT/BST) begin processing on the next working day.
- We email your tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.
- Delivery takes 3–7 business days in total: 1–2 business days of processing plus 2–5 business days in transit.
