About Shedster
Shedster is an independent UK online home décor retailer, run by a sole trader. We sell a small range of vases, candles, baskets, trays and other decorative accessories for the home.
We list far fewer products than most online shops, and that is deliberate: it lets us describe each one properly and answer your questions before and after you buy.

Our Story
Shedster started from a straightforward frustration: finding home accessories online usually means scrolling through endless listings with thin descriptions and photographs that tell you very little.
So we kept our range small: decorative vases, woven baskets, a hanging planter, a wall mirror, artificial plants, glass votive candles and a mango wood tray.
We trade online only, with no shop floor and no showroom. Orders are prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in the UK, and we keep our delivery and returns information plain and easy to find.
We would rather explain a product honestly and lose the sale than oversell it and disappoint you. That is the whole idea behind how we write our listings and how we answer your questions.
What We Believe
We keep the range short so each listing can be described properly and kept up to date.
Each listing shows the brand's dimensions and materials, what is in the box and what is only there to style the photos, written in plain English.
Prices, delivery times and return conditions are stated plainly, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.
Our job does not end at checkout. If something arrives damaged or is not right, tell us and we will sort it out.
Our Standards
Shedster is run by a sole trader based in Morecambe, Lancashire. Our address and contact details are on every page.
Card payments are encrypted and handled by Stripe. Shedster never sees or stores your full card details.
Free delivery throughout the United Kingdom, with processing and delivery estimates shown before you pay.
Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery with the free prepaid label in your parcel. No restocking fee.
Email and telephone support during UK business hours, normally answered within one working day.
Orders are packed and dispatched from the UK by our fulfilment partner. Fragile pieces are wrapped to survive the journey.

Built Around Trust
Buying home décor online means judging a piece from a photograph, so the least we can do is describe it accurately and tell you when it will arrive.
The price shown is the total you pay: UK delivery is free and no VAT or other fees are added at checkout. Every order is confirmed in writing.
Trust is built through consistency rather than claims, which is why we would rather keep our promises modest and meet them each time.
Transparency Matters
You should not have to hunt for the details that matter. Delivery areas and timescales, return conditions, accepted payment methods, our business details and how to reach us are all published on this website and linked from every page.
Shedster is run by a UK sole trader who is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price. The price shown is the total you pay. We do not run a shop or a showroom, we do not publish customer reviews or ratings, and we do not make claims about our products that we cannot support.
If anything on the site is unclear or looks wrong, please tell us — we would rather correct it than leave you guessing.
Our Commitment To You
We will describe our products honestly, take your payment securely through Stripe, pack your order properly and keep you informed until it reaches you.
If something goes wrong — a delayed parcel, a damaged item, an order you have changed your mind about — write to us and we will put it right within our published policies. First order or fifth, the standard is the same.
