Free tracked delivery on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Orders placed by 2:00 PM London time (GMT/BST) on a business day are dispatched in 1–2 business days, then take 2–5 business days in transit — 3–7 business days in total. We email your tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.

To return or exchange an item, faulty or not, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We confirm your return and send you instructions, then you post the item back within 14 days of telling us; the free prepaid return label is included in your parcel. We inspect the item when it arrives and refund within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee. Items must be unused and in its original condition; original packaging where possible.

Payments are handled by Stripe and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card details are processed by Stripe only — we never see or store them.

Some pieces are made from natural materials such as ceramic, wood and woven fibres, so small differences in tone and texture are normal. Dimensions and materials are listed on every product page.

Contact support@shedster.co.uk within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; after that we offer a repair or replacement. We pay the return costs.
